Thibault Rabouin

Graduated with a Master’s degree in International Strategy Analysis from IRIS Sup’ and a Master’s in Public Administration from IPAG Brest, Thibault dedicated two theses to the study of contemporary informational and geopolitical dynamics, focusing on Russian disinformation and Ukrainian communication strategies.

He began his career in associative strategy consulting, supporting NGOs with governance and communication challenges, before moving into public affairs, where he worked on cases involving European policy, regulation, and influence strategies. He then developed an independent activity in the digital communication sector.

In 2025, he joined Antidox as a consultant in the Intelligence (Veille) division, contributing to the design and implementation of strategic and reputational monitoring systems for public and private actors.
