Antidox acquires the ComCorp agency and consolidates its position in the sector

Antidox, a communications consultancy with a strong digital focus, has announced the acquisition of ComCorp, an agency specialising in executive reputation management, high value-added content production and media relations, particularly in the tech, health and industrial sectors.

This acquisition will enable the Group to accelerate its growth and the development of its offer for the benefit of its clients, thanks to the strong synergies created between ComCorp’s reputation consulting expertise and Antidox’s expertise, which is at the forefront of digital communication for managers and companies.

Since its creation, Antidox has established itself as one of the European leaders in the field of reputation management and digital influence strategies for executives in crisis situations or in sensitive environments, often working in partnership with the largest international communication players.

Over the past few months, Antidox has further strengthened its technological capabilities (adtech, social listening, influencer marketing, etc.) and content production to help companies and public authorities build digital and social media communication strategies, as well as deploy global communication strategies in BtoB sectors.

With the acquisition of ComCorp, the Group now works with more than 70 clients and has over 50 consultants. With an organic growth of 15% in 2020, its turnover amounts to approximately 9 million euros.

ComCorp’s brand and structure will remain unchanged, with the agency’s teams working with the teams from the group’s various entities and partner agencies.

The Antidox group will continue to be managed by an executive committee comprising Xavier Desmaison, Marie Bertrand, Solène Collat, Nicolas Ruscher and Chloé Teyssou. This committee is supported by a board of senior partners. Charles de la Rochefoucauld, until now President of ComCorp, is now senior partner of the group. Marie-Hermine Cohen-Boyer is the group’s general secretary, in charge of development. ComCorp is managed by its management committee, made up of Anne-Claire Berthomieu, Ingrid Brégeon-Fall, Bénédicte Couturier and Caroline Pierron.

Xavier Desmaison, founder and President of the Antidox group, said: “I am particularly proud that ComCorp and its teams are joining our Group, as their corporate culture fits perfectly with our corporate DNA. They are resolutely involved in the economic sectors that will shape the future of our countries, health, the fight against global warming and the digital transformation of our societies. We share the same committed vision of our businesses.

“It is also a confirmation of the relevance of our model of developing multiple and cutting-edge consulting expertise in communications.  Together, we are consolidating our position as a leader in the communications consulting sector, where we have been able to invent a unique model focused on consulting and accelerate it through the development of digital technologies.

“As an independent group, our main objectives will be to continue to invent the best digital communication solutions for our clients, to support managers in their transformation projects, and to develop an internal culture of excellence, rigour, service and innovation.
